This CSU Chico University Village project is complete.

This facelift project was undertaken in the summer of 2023, and completed with an ambitious timeline, before students returned for the Fall semester. This project was an exterior facelift, including the removal of rotted wooden siding and support structure, replacement of windows, new balconies, and fresh paint to wrap it all up. This is the second major facelift project that Experts In Your Home has completed this year. See also: Evanswood Estates
