This project was an ambitious upgrade of the Sheridan Square pool area, which was original from when the apartment complex was built in the 1970’s. Scope included removal of the existing clubhouse patio structure, a chip out and re-plaster of both the pool and hot tub, expansion of the pool deck and clubhouse slab for a planned future expansion, construction of a new cabana and multiple barbecue areas, new gates and fencing, and new landscaping throughout the pool area. A complete renovation is also planned for the clubhouse in early 2025!
