After a long period of working through insurance and other hurdles, our project to rebuild one of the homes destroyed in the Camp Fire finally was approved!
The project was a two bedroom, two bath house with a living space of 1600 square feet. It included both a large front porch, a back porch and a detached two car garage for a total build size of 2600 square feet.
We had the privilege of working with Paradise Design Group on the project.
Our Paradise home builders broke ground in June of 2020 and completed the main construction in January of 2021. This six month project was led by project manager Jason Carr, who has been with Experts in Your Home since 2013. The team consisted of 3 Experts carpenters; Guy Bramblett, Benjamin Garibay, and Danny Gonzalez who were on site since day one, as well as several tradesmen to complete the various stages as needed.
When asked about the project, Roy said “I am so excited to see the physical progress of the home, but more than anything I'm excited to be able to resume our lives in the home of our dreams.”
