This project was an extensive renovation for the City of Oroville. Work included a demolition, reframe, and completion of both restrooms, shower/locker areas, ticket booth, and storefront. Additional work included repainting the gym and main stage, the installation of an ADA elevator, 2 staircases, flooring in the kitchen and bathroom areas, and new HVAC and air handler installations.
