This Amanda Place remodel project is currently in progress.
This project is a top to bottom remodel of the leasing office, pool area, and resident clubhouse of Amanda Place Apartments. The pool area received a completely new concrete deck, as well as all-new cabanas and barbecue lounge areas where residents can savor the sunshine, take a refreshing dip, or gather with friends around the barbecue and outdoor TV cabanas.
Work is ongoing for the clubhouse interior, with paint completed and cabinets being installed.
