This project is a top to bottom remodel of the leasing office, pool area, and resident clubhouse of Amanda Place Apartments.
The pool area received a completely new concrete deck, as well as all-new cabanas and barbecue lounge areas where residents can savor the sunshine, take a refreshing dip, or gather with friends around the barbecue and outdoor TV cabanas.
The clubhouse was gutted and renovated, comprised of a new kitchen, fitness center, restrooms, leasing office, living/lounge area, and dining area. This was a complete down to the studs renovation, and included new cabinetry, flooring, paint, lighting, and 3 mini-split system installations.
A much-needed refresh provides the perfect place for entertainment and relaxation.
