This project was an upgrade of an original 20 year old apartment at Sterling Oaks Apartments. This involved restoration of the existing cabinet boxes, installation of new cabinet doors, all-new luxury vinyl plank flooring, new carpet, fresh paint, electrical, and plumbing fixtures. Additional work to complete the project involved bathtub refinishing and new appliances.
